澎湖野生扁蟹肉多、肥美,是所有蟹类中最便宜又最好保存的一种。

每年秋天 9 月到隔年 2 月正是扁蟹盛产期;扁蟹可加工做成多种产品:

有整只扁蟹、扁蟹身、扁蟹肉、扁蟹脚、扁蟹脚肉,各有不同料理方式。

扁蟹适宜:蒸、炒、盐酥、火锅



   量:500g ± 10 (7-9)

包   装:塑胶盒装,真空包。

保   存:请存放於冰箱冷冻库,以利保鲜。

保存期限:未拆封於冷冻库可存放 6 个月 ,拆封后请尽速调理食用 。

赏味方式:

一、清蒸,味鲜美、肉大块。

二、拌炒:少许沙拉油先将葱段、姜片、大蒜爆香,扁蟹洗净切块加入糖、醋、酱油、水 一起拌炒。   约7分钟后,起锅前佐沙茶酱、淋上蛋汁更增添蟹肉香甜、美味。

三、盐酥:扁蟹切块洗净沥干水份,入油锅炸熟,拌以葱花、大蒜、胡椒盐,滋味更佳。

四、放入火锅内一起烹煮,汤头鲜美、蟹味佳。


注意事项:

蟹壳易刺破塑胶盒及真空包装,请冷冻保存并尽早食用,才能吃得到蟹肉的Q弹和鲜甜。

未免失味,拆封后请一次食用完毕。






Wild Penghu Flat Crab – Meaty, Flavorful, and Affordable

Among all crab varieties, the wild flat crab from Penghu is known for being meaty, plump, affordable, and one of the easiest to store.

From September to February, flat crabs are in peak season. They can be processed into a variety of products: whole flat crab, crab body, crab meat, crab legs, and leg meat — each suited for different cooking styles.

Best Cooking Methods: Steaming, stir-frying, deep-fried with salt & pepper, or adding into hotpot.

Best Before:  Up to 6 months in freezer 
   unopened. Once opened, please       cook and consume immediately.


Cooking Suggestions

  1. Steamed – Brings out fresh flavor with large, tender chunks of meat.

  2. Stir-fried – Heat a little oil, sauté scallions, ginger, and garlic. Add cleaned crab pieces with sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and water. Cook for about 7 minutes. Before serving, add satay sauce and drizzle with beaten egg to enhance flavor.

  3. Salt & Pepper Fried – Cut crab into pieces, wash and drain well. Deep-fry until cooked, then toss with scallions, garlic, and pepper salt for extra aroma and taste.

  4. Hotpot – Add crab pieces into hotpot for a rich, sweet broth full of crab essence.


Important Notes

  • Crab shells may puncture the plastic tray or vacuum packaging. Please keep frozen and consume early to enjoy the firm, springy texture and natural sweetness of the crab meat.

To avoid loss of freshness, once opened, consume the entire package at once.
